the room had lovely white towels and bedding. the beds were comfortable, and the room included shower gel and moisturiser. i also appreciated tea, coffee, and milk provided in the room. there was parking and it was free.
the room had wooden blinds instead of curtains, so it was light. the bathroom door did not close and the handle was very loose. it also had no mirror.

nigel and kate were amazing, they were so cute. they were very accommodating, always making sure i had everything i needed. if i had any issues, they were quick to offer help, they asked me to just let them know. it really was really good service!
i don't know if this is an exception, but for my one night stay i did not have any heating. i also did not have hot water!

free parking was provided for my entire stay and this was convenient! it eliminated any stress about finding a parking space or paying extra fees. this made coming and going very easy!

i was upgraded to a standard king room upon arrival (i felt very special). the freshly painted walls and new carpets added a touch of elegance. i found easy parking (a real bonus) which saved me a lot of stress.
The wi-fi in my room was non-existent. I was told the connection was bad, but it did not work.

The provided glasses were not clean. Neither was the shower. I noticed an absence of bar or catering services. These areas were closed for remodeling. A skip filled with mattresses in front of the building presented an unappealing sight.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. the ensuite had nice little extras like shower gel. i loved the white towels and bedding. They were fresh.
The quadruple room was next to the main entrance. It was quite noisy. people were smoking outside, and we could smell it. there was no wifi in the room, disappointing.

Nigel and Kate were cute! They ensured we had everything we needed . They addressed our needs promptly. Their service was really good.
The quadruple room, situated on the ground floor near the entrance, experienced some noise from hall traffic. Staff and visitors passed through.
